Brian Rosenburg, President
Technipaq is a leading single-stop supplier capable of laminating, printing, slitting, sheeting, die-cutting, and fabricating flexible, sterilizable bags and pouches customized to the most sophisticated design needs and delivered under the most demanding timeframes.
The firm adheres to the most stringent requirements for the highest level of sampling, inspection, documentation and training all the way down the line to produce extremely reliable packaging products and solutions for the medical device, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical markets they serve. Technipaq does testing in an in-house laboratory and conduct trials and validations as well as short pilot runs to ensure seal strength, porosity, burst, abrasion and puncture resistance.
Technipaq is an authorized converter of medical grade DuPont™ Tyvek®, films, foils, surgical papers, and laminates into high barrier, ETO, radiation and autoclave style packages. Brian Rosenburg, President at Technipaq, takes great pride in the company’s ability to deliver customer value: “Our diverse selection of custom and stock laminates allows us to promptly fill any order requirement. As technology has evolved over the years, we strived to incorporate the latest technologies to improve our products and options for packaging devices.”
During its journey of over three decades, Technipaq has maintained its commitment to customer service and product innovation. Technipaq was one of the first companies to convert uncoated Tyvek pouches and was also a pioneer in developing a header bag which at the time was a new style of pouch in the marketplace.
A proven industry pioneer and innovator, Technipaq has been providing flexible, sterilized packaging solutions to the world’s leading healthcare, medical device, diagnostic and life sciences companies for more than 35 years
Jay Virgil, VP Sales and Marketing
Over time, Technipaq has evolved from a small job shop company to one of the established sterilizable flexible packaging solution providers. By the end of 2018, the firm will add two converting machines (pouch and header bag) with state of the art Vision Detection® to its portfolio which includes small and large pouch converting lines, header bag lines, lamination, coating, printing, and slitting. The firm’s management team brings years of industry experience in building packaging solutions for device manufacturers. Brian concludes, “We have seen how the packaging industry has evolved. And we take pride in being one of the pioneers to deliver packaging solutions to the medical industry. In the next five years, we envision our company on the same path, committed to delivering innovative packaging solutions to our customers.”
